After a long weekend of eating and drinking at the beach, today is a recovery day and tomorrow I start my new summer schedule. I started my first day back at Pace Camp today and am working all summer, so I have to stay focused! I did do a 6 mile run on Thursday while at the beach. That's better than my usual vacations :)

Monday -- Rest day
Tuesday -- 4 x 1200 @ 8:50 pace, Total Tummy Makeover, Shoulders Video
Wednesday -- Spin, 20 minute Ab and Core Routine
Thursday -- 3 @ 9:02, Lose Leg Fat
Friday -- Continuous Movement 10 Minute Challenge
Saturday -- 8 @ 9:32
Sunday -- Yoga
