Day 46

So, it took me a little longer than I thought to get my motivation back.  Camp is wearing me out!  But, yesterday I did the 20 minute abs and the shoulder video and today I ran three miles after camp and did the Lose Leg Fat workout.  Tomorrow I plan to do the Total Tummy Makeover and rest my legs because I TOTALLY forgot about the Possum Trot 10K we are doing on Saturday morning!  I plan to use the 10K to set my benchmark to beat on July 4th.

Tonight is a girls' night with Jen at The Big Ketch with some low cal cocktails.  I don't want to blow my little run :)
